Fruit
Vegetables

A range of conveyor belts and other products for companies operating in the fruit processing industry.

Finger conveyor belts (short, long) and Belly conveyor belts

An alternative to cleats for transporting soft fruit and vegetables. They do not cause bruising or damage to products. Fingers are also suitable for transporting frozen food products. They prevent the product from sticking to the belt. We offer long fingers (92 mm – 80 shA) and short fingers (25 mm – 67 shA).

Belts with cleats (regular, reinforced)

For heavy products such as potatoes, beetroots etc, we offer reinforced cleats that have a material divider. This prevents the cleats from breaking early under the influence of heavy product transport.

Belts with cleats (regular, reinforced)

Elevating conveyors sometimes require the use of belts with cleats. We offer PVC, PU and inclined, straight and reinforced PVC and PU belt drivers of different heights. These prevent slippage of the material or products being transported. In this way, the safe transport of materials can be maintained even if the conveyor is inclined to 70.

Belts for washers (mesh)

We have a range of stainless steel bands with different types of mesh, which are used in vegetable washers. For more delicate products, we offer Washflow® meshes. These are polyurethane belts with holes (6 x 6 mm, 12 x 12 mm) that are abrasion-resistant, waterproof (having better strength than modular belts). The belts offered are flexible and withstand oils and acids well. They are easy to clean.

Roller and plate sponges (self-adhesive micro rubber)

We supply the fruit and vegetable industry with a wide range of self-adhesive micro rubber products for use on sides as well as hoppers. We also offer sponges in the form of cylinders, which are applied to rollers to prevent the products from bruising.

Brushes (strip, roller)

Brushes are used for cleaning belts and also for product movement.

On request, they can be made from different types of bristles (natural or synthetic) of varying hardness, length and packing in the corpus. The most common brushes used in the industry are strip brushes, which are fixed in a metal or plastic profile.

PVC belts with grid structure underneath

Our range includes green or blue PVC belts that have an imprinted grid structure on the underside. This makes the belts more resistant to water penetration as well as dirt. Additionally, these tapes are abrasion resistant and have a high degree of tensile strength.

Belts for loading bunkers mole ploughs

Perforations in the form of circles or squares are available on request. Belts with perforations are mainly used for size-sorting vegetables or for prescreening them from dirt. The perforations are precisely manufactured on a CNC machine.

Perforated belts for sorting fruit and vegetables

Rubber belts

On farms, rubber belts are often used for the initial transport of vegetables straight from the field. They are more resistant to adverse weather conditions (rain, sun, frost) than PVC and PU belts. Our offer includes all types of rubber belts, smooth, with cleats, with a chevron structure, etc. On request, the belts can be vulcanised or closed with fasteners.
